You do not have to be perfect to heal; you just have to be willing to start
I specialize in working with adults navigating complex trauma (CPTSD), anxiety, and late-diagnosed or self-identified autistic women who are seeking a deeper, more embodied way of healing.
My approach integrates mindfulness-based art therapy, EMDR, and nervous system-focused care within a person-centered, trauma-informed framework. Together, we move beyond insight alone—toward healing that is felt in the body, not just understood in the mind.
I help clients:
Understand and regulate their nervous system
Process trauma safely and at their own pace
Reduce chronic stress and anxiety
Reconnect with their authentic self
Build a sense of internal safety and self-trust
Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or like traditional talk therapy hasn’t fully reached the root of their experience. Through creative expression, mindfulness, and somatic awareness, therapy becomes a space where healing can happen without needing to put everything into words.
Art therapy is not about being “good at art.” It’s about using imagery, symbolism, and creative process as a bridge to parts of yourself that may be hard to access verbally especially for trauma and neurodivergent experiences.
My work is especially supportive for:
Adults with CPTSD or developmental trauma
Autistic women (Level 1), late-diagnosed or exploring identity
Highly sensitive or neurodivergent individuals
Those navigating anxiety, burnout, or life transitions
I offer a space that is collaborative, non-judgmental, and deeply attuned, where you can explore your inner world at your own pace.
My goal is to support you in creating a life that feels grounded, authentic, and aligned, rather than just manageable.
What to Expect:
Person-Centered
An approach that centers around your lived experience. You are the expert on your life, and therapy is guided by your needs, pace, and goals.
Trauma-Informed
A framework that prioritizes safety, choice, and empowerment. We work in ways that are mindful of how trauma impacts the body and nervous system, without pushing beyond your capacity.
Neurodivergent-Affirming
An approach that respects and validates neurodivergent ways of thinking, feeling, and processing. Our work is focused on supporting you in understanding and working with your unique wiring.
Mindfulness-Based
We will incorporate present-moment awareness to help you connect with your thoughts, emotions, and body in a more grounded and compassionate way.
Art Therapy
A creative, non-verbal approach that uses imagery, symbolism, and expression to explore and process experiences, which is especially helpful when words feel limiting.
Relational Approach
We pay attention to the therapeutic relationship itself as a space for healing. How you experience connection, trust, and communication in session can support change outside of it as well.
